Q) What is your refund policy?
A) On Filehost Vouchers, we will only refund you if the voucher is not used and you can provide us with a valid reason for the refund.
Q) How long does it take to get my Filehost Voucher?
A) On most occassions, within an hour. Sometimes, if your order data cannot be verified, it may be delayed by as much as 6 hours.
Q) How can I contact you?
A) Use the Contact Us link on the top to get in touch with us. Our helpdesk link is located there too; opening a ticket on our helpdesk is the fastest way to get support for your purchases and after-sales queries.
